The increasing complexity of the educational reality has imposed profound transformations in all types of education and implicitly in physical education, requiring complex efforts to adapt to today's needs- school programs and textbooks, teaching and learning methods and means, teacher-student relationship, design documents, initial and in-service teacher training- all these components have undergone transformations. Frequency spectrum of teaching styles" is a model that forms the basis of techniques and strategies for teaching specific content of physical education adopted in the context of modern teaching, characterized by the degree of participation and responsibility in decision-making by the teacher and student. Research consists in identifying one's own teaching style from the perspective of the control held by teachers and students over learning, starting from the premise of using Mosston teaching styles in the physical education lesson, the conclusion being that the decision in choosing the teaching style influences the teaching efficiency.
