The content of this scientific material reflects the results of researches on the possibilities of using mathematical models in calculating and graphic reflecting the river slopes. The graphs in logarithmic coordinates were determined and reflected on the slopes of the Cula and Ciuluc rivers under specific environmental conditions. Researches on slopes are based on statistical data obtained by measuring and documenting the lengths and medium and summed differences of different river segments. The use of quantitative methods, such as mathematical modeling of statistical data, allows a profound analysis of river slopes and the application of these results in the practical exploitation of watercourses. |
