In this paper is mentioned the actual situation of teacher`s preparation in Russia. Russia signed the Bolognia`s agreement that is why it must re-organize the system of teacher`s preparation in two levels. The Kazahstan`s case shows that this re-organization can come into a crisis. That is why Russia should make this process as much as possible optimal for the citizens. The autor considers that there must be made an alternate “plan of study” in the domain of teacher`s preparation in artistic education where will be an exact statement about qualifications. This one must be supported by an adequate content, beginning first year of study and finished with a long period of pedagogical practice in schools.
