The granting of the first aid and the performance of the necessary medical service are the duty of the medico-sanitary personnel bolt civil and military. The investigation aim of this article airs formed by the rights, bonds and guarantees of medico-sanitary personnel during the international and noninternational armed conflicts. The purpose of this article is to point out the similitudes and differences between the civil medico-sanitary personnel and military one, the special juridical protection granted with the help of the standards of the International Humanitarian Law and their juridical statute as the notion of the fighter.
