This article analyze the specific of receiving the license in notary activity in the Republic of Moldova and other countries. It is focused on the statute of the notary candidate, the positive and the negative legislative provisions in different countries. The author wanted to show the legislative regulations of obtaining the notary
license in different countries from different systems of law. In the same time it was settled the conditions for fulfilling the notary internship of the candidate and the exams necessary to take the notary license. |
