The foreign politic represents the state activity of the settling on the international arena of its relations with other foreign subjects: states, political parties and other foreign social organizations, world and regional international organizations.
Foreign politic it is based on economical, demographic, military, technical-scientifically, cultural potential of the state. The merge of these clues determines the perspectives of the foreign state politic in one or other directions, the hierarchy of the priorities in establishing and fulfilling of the foreign political goals. The geopolitical situation of the state historically dominated the selection of partners and developing reciprocal relations with its opponents. The traditional form of the foreign politic fulfillment is establishing of the diplomatic relations or reducing
their level, suspending, breaching, and even declaring of war state in case of relations worsen between states; opening the state representatives next to international and regional organizations or establishing the quality of its member; collaboration with political parties and other friendly foreign social organizations performing and supporting at different levels the episodic or permanent contacts with states representatives, parties and other movements with witch this state doesn’t have diplomatic relations or friendly relations, but which from one or other reason is interested in establishing the dialog between them. |
