This article presents as a whole the relations between the Republic of Moldova and Turkey within the legal frame. They are directed on the maintenance of their steady economic and democratic development, on the increase of the safety and stability in this zone. The results of the joint projects, sold in Gagauzian authonomy, bring the significant contribution to the activization of an economic and social life to this region, and are very important for our republic. We shall note also a special interest of Turkey to the development of economic relations with Republic of Moldova, to development of available opportunities in process of the reforms’ promotion in our country. The legislation of Republic of Moldova in different areas, including in the field of investments, and bilateral Moldovan-Turkish legal framework create a favorable basis for an intensification of the economic cooperation between these countries. Thus, the relations between our states continue to develop on accrueing.

Эта статья изъясняет в целом внешние отношения Республики Молдова с Турцией в рамках двустороннего юридического формата. Они направлены на обеспечение их устойчивого экономического и демократического развития, на повышение безопасности и стабильности в этой зоне. Результаты совместных проектов, реализуемых в АТО Гагауз-Ери, вносят значительный вклад в активизацию экономической и социальной жизни в этом регионе и являются очень важными для нашей республики. Отметим и особый интерес Турции к развитию экономических отношений с Республикой Молдова, к освоению имеющихся возможностей по мере продвижения реформ в нашей стране. Законодательство Республики Молдова в разных областях, в том числе и в области инвестиций, и двусторонние молдавско-турецкие юридические рамки создают благоприятную основу для интенсификации экономического сотрудничества между этими странами. Таким образом, отношения между нашими государствами продолжают развиваться по нарастающей.
