| Rezumat | ||||||
Aspects of full favoring of small beneficiaries in apportionments using Hamilton method are discussed. For this purpose, the requirements of full favoring Hamilton apportionments were defined and the AHS algorithm for determining such apportionments is described. Then, calculations which confirm the opportunity of using the AHS algorithm in this aim were performed. |
