Rezumat

Analyzing the positions of European countries which have directly influenced the Russian-Turkish treaty concluding acting of the Russian Empire, it's worth mentioning that, with the UK and Sweden worked. Note that British diplomatic activity to resolve the Russo-Turkish conflict was considered M. Kutuzov himself as being directed against Russia because he believed Charles Stratford Canning and strengthened the Ottomans in the desire not to give anything in the Caucasus and has suggested idea to include Iran in the negotiations. Note that own tactics of Russian diplomacy in general and the applied M.I. Golenişcev-Kutuzov, in particular, was the full use of all methods (military, political, etc..) To intimidation and coercion Turks rush it to peace sign. He relied not only on official and confidential negotiations, but also diplomatic deceit.
