Rezumat

The goal of the research is to examine and analyse the key challenges for the development of creativity skills in the view of the creative human capital formation, a topic of high interest for both developed and developing countries. The latter have to nurture, assess and develop creativity skills and creative human capital via their infrastructure and investments strategies, policies to manage the outflow of creative human capital abroad.
