Rezumat | ||||||
The structure of the educational process can be analysed at different reference levels. In this article, we question the level of organisation of training activities, relative to the conventional number of those trained in an institutional framework. From this point of view, thetraining activities can be: frontal, (micro)group and individual. Any of these forms lend them selves to the conduct of language and literature classes Romanian, having, of course, eachits advantages and disadvantages. The role of the teacher is to choose the form of organization of the training and the appropriate teaching methods, with the ultimate goal of achieving the curricular objectives. The key of a successful instructional-educational process lies in the harmonious combination of the three forms of activity. |
