The content of the article presents some monitoring methods that are used in an educational institution, to know the level of skills of both teachers and students and to streamline and increase the quality of activities carried out within the institution. The management of monitoring activities depends to a large extent on the professionalism with which they are performed and implicitly on the competencies of the one who carries them out because they involve evaluation, support, and counseling activities of teachers and students both in education and in training and professional development. |
