In this article we will present numerous studies that have investigated the role of a leader in preventing and resolving educational conflicts, analyzing certain factors: typology of leaders, group organization, organizational context, sources and causes of educational conflicts, types of relationships, etc. By generalizing the information about the leader and the conflict, we will highlight that each person wants to have a comfortable place in the group, quiet, having balanced relationships, where they feel protected and rewarded. From this point of view, we will focus on leaders who have an efficient, balanced style and a non-conflicting attitude towards all members of the group. The analysis of the literature allowed us to deduce that the leader cannot be “fabricated” or “invented” through coercive corrections, it can only be expressed through education, affective and cognitive tendencies.
