| Rezumat | ||||||
Currently, the social, political and economic phenomenon that seriously affects society is corruption. In order top revent and fight corruption, it is necessary the trust of citizens in the act of justice. The trust can only be cultivated following the reforms in the justice sector. The purpose of the study is to draft an analysis of the integrity legal framework and reveal the efforts of civil society in preventing and reducing corruption, cultivating and promoting a culture of personal and professional integrity of all citizens of the Republic of Moldova. |
