In this article, the author reveals the actual theoretical and practical aspects of the optimization of production on the revision of decisions in the audit procedure in the civil procedure of the Republic of Moldova. Optimization of this production is today considered, on the one hand, as an opportunity, for interested persons, to restore their violated and (or) disputed rights in an accessible and timely manner, and on the other hand, the state in reducing the constantly increasing load on the judiciary. This load increases the general procedural terms for the consideration of the case and reduces the quality of the adopted judicial acts. The search for parity between private and public interests also involves the study of the concept of optimizing the production of decisions in an audit procedure within the framework of civil proceedings.
