In a difficult economic period, in which companies are increasingly resorting to restructuring programs in order to save their budget, it is very important to ensure good management of human resources. The human resources plan is created in accordance with the strategic plan of the organization. As the organization identifies the development opportunities available, it is necessary to correlate them with the skills that will be needed to cover them. Recruitment, training, and reward programs prove to be essential aspects of how a company can attract, develop, and retain people with the necessary skills. Human resource management ensures, develops, motivates and maintains people in an organization that aims to effectively achieve its goals, as well as meeting the needs of employees, given that employees are the most important factors in running a business. Human resource management helps to define the issues in the process of hiring the necessary people in a company, plans the human values adopted at the organizational level and can determine how the organization covers its staffing needs by recruiting and selecting qualified candidates. At the same time, this method of efficiency at the level of human resources evaluates the research results in the process of selection and recruitment of employees, proposes ways of orientation and integration of new employees, establishes methods of training and development of employees and proposes, at the level of production efficiency. ensuring productive relations with employees |
