Rezumat | ||||||
The Republic of Moldova, without direct access to the Black Sea, has today the necessary assets for its development as a coastal state of the Black Sea, through an intelligent and flexible policy. Current political conditions are created for the approach in the naval and maritime field to Romania and the European Union, as important anchors of support. The future economic development of the Republic of Moldova will urgently impose the need to develop its land, air, and naval transport routes to Romania and European Union |
