The rapid development of technologies is having an increasing impact on business models. Regardless on the way we communicate, perform analyzes and reports, the way we are employed or work, we notice that practically many actions change, becoming more effective under certain conditions, namely by applying digital transformations. In this context, it is beneficial and necessary to establish the necessary guaranties against fraud and abuse in online proceedings, while checking the civil capacity of persons setting up a company and the possibility to appear before a competent authority upon physical presence.
