Work actuality is that the sports training requires a high scientific and practical studies in the approaches to the rational modeling of the training process, built on the analysis and evaluation of quantitative and qualitative competitive activity indicators of basketball players or the team as a whole. In connection there arises necessity of studying, options of competitive activity, which could evaluate the impact of competitive effects on the athlete state and rationally regulate these states on the basis of their modeling at the training work, the approximate volume and intensity to the extreme conditions of the competition.
