Rezumat

The structuring methodology of the annual training cycle of the performance judo players proves the existence of essential principles that distinguish it from the traditional method of judo player preparation during the annual training cycle by dividing the period of training not into two usual stages but three, being provided the required separated concentration and consecutive of different orientation aspects of general and special physical training that ensure the respect of the associated - successive organization principle of the training effort. Therewith it was determined that the unidirectional distribution of efforts in meso-cycles contribute to the operative development of the judo players physical qualities, to the technical-sports indicators increase, the operative recovery and in the end, to the resultativity increase during the annual training cycle.
