| Rezumat | ||||||
G lobalization of the economy in
the Millenia limits requires to
harmonize the Patent Law with the International
one. The Diplomatic Conference
which took part in 2000, Mai - Iune approved
the Patent Law Treaty (PLT). The
aim of the PLT consists in seltlement and
harmonization of the formal conditions fixed
by the national and regional Patent Office
in respect of filing and examination of the
national and regional patents, main tenance
in force thereof. Concomitently the PLT
forsees dicreesing of applicants and Patent
Offices expenses. |
