In this article is going to be described and analyzed the labor force of the Republic of Moldova, its evolution and the employment problems that appear today, the labor market is changing too increasing or decreasing employment of the population in certain spheres of activity. Appearance of these problems began also from the past, and they during the evolution of labor force decrease the number of population in Republic of Moldova, provide migration to find another place for working abroad, and every day increase the bad influenced problem like a unemployment. Unemployment occurs when a person who is actively searching for employment is unable to find work. Unemployment is often used as a measure of the health of the economy. During the pandemic situation these problem increase so fast and there are many causes, that don`t allow the population to find a good place for work and stay at home together with family.
