This article presents poverty as a complex phenomenon worldwide and nationally. The concept of poverty is well defined, what are the causes of poverty, the consequences that evoke poverty and what are the possible solutions to exceed the poverty line. The subject of anti-poverty strategies at the national level is reached. At the same time, the level of poverty assessment in the Republic of Moldova is specified. Poverty factors are addressed that lead to social and family problems such as declining financial, material and food resources needed for a minimum subsistence. |
