In this article we address the issue of the principle of non-interference in the internal affairs of the state, focusing on the case of the Republic of Moldova. The result of our study shows that not infrequently the principle of non-interference in the internal affairs of the Republic of Moldova has been violated, especially by the Russian Federation. The solution for eliminating the intervention in the internal affairs of the Republic of Moldova is for the “actors” of the interference, especially the Russian Federation, to be more prudent and responsible, in order to respect the sovereignty, inde-pendence, integrity of the Republic of Moldova. |
