T he following shall be patented as
computer programs: computer processes,
methods; software equipments;
combinations of algorithm / program -
process; combinations of algorithm /
program - physical structure. If the description
of the invention concerns a computer
program, it shall necessarily present a
distinct and detailed system, decoding and
determining the indexes, symbols and / or
the terminology. If a claim concerns a
computer program, it shall identify the
computer elements, indicating the configuration
manner of the said elements, either
hardware or combination, hardware and
specific software. |
