| Rezumat | ||||||
As an integral part of culture of a nation alongside of science, literature, art, industrial property protection
constitutes an extremely important component of the social economic development. The AGEPI paid an
exquisite attention to the organization of a legal framework and harmonization thereof with the requirements
of the international law. The Republic of Moldova became party to WIPO and other international treaties and
conventions in the filed, such as PCT and PLT. The activity on the assurance of inventions protection is based
on the Law on Patents for Invention of the Republic of Moldova. In the Republic of Moldova it is accepted a
mixed patent granting system, including elements of declarative, attributive and granting systems with postponed
examination. |
