Rezumat | ||||||
A ccording to certain investigations (Zhuchenko, 1980; Lyakh,
1985; Kravcenko, 1993) the intensification of the selection
process to resistance can be realized by combining the conventional
amelioration methods with the unconventional processes, such as
methods oh tissue culture, experimental haploid, embryo culture, gene
transfer from resistance donors, methods of genetic and cell improvement
etc. From this point of view, the gametophytes improvement to
strained temperatures and salinisation.
Realization of the aim assumes solution oh the fallowing
objectives:
p study of salinization (chloride or sulphatic) variability of the
tomato male gamethophite in vitro;
p determination of correlation between the pollen resistance to
salinization (given the NaCl and Na2SO4) and the variabilithy of
the vegetative and generative cell nuclei of the tomato pollen
grain. |
