T his article is provided for a large public and is setting forth procedures
of examination of oppositions against decisions to grant patents for
inventions with the Appeals Board of the AGEPI being the administrative
organ on examination of the disputes in the industrial property field.
There are presented some examples of the Appeals Board practice as well.
The article examines in details Variants of disputes element in respect of
withdrawing the patents caused by wrong indication of the inventor or the
patent owner. |
