Creierul uman reprezintă un computer complex care captează, ordonează, asimilează şi interpreteaza perfecţionnd conştient şi continuu informaţii noi, mult mai corecte şi eficiente practic decât cele cunoscute anterior. În funcţie de modul cum se percepe sezorial acţiunea, fiinţa umană le va codifica stocându-le în memeorie, ca apoi să le adapteze practic cu ajutorul subconştientului, iar in funcţie de stimulii externi îi vor dezvolta militarului în viitor comportamentul profesional. În funcţie de intensitatea şi complexitatea stimulilor, militarul işi va adapta spontan limbajul, imaginaţia şi creativitatea personalitaţii, creând o unitate solidă şi activă între psihic şi fizic care va avea la bază un mecanism biologic intern (motivaţia).
Interesul motivaţional activează, susţine şi orientează dinamic activitatea profesională în sistemul de ordine şi securitate publică pentru ca militarul să progreseze tehnic şi pentru a-şi satisface energetic legăturile psihice interioare excitând reacţiile motrice practice care au ca scop rezolvarea atribuţiilor profesionale.
Forţa psihică interioară exercită activ şi coordonează instinctul omului spre rezolvarea rapidă şi eficientă a unor manifestări psihomotrice practice fară a limita funcţionarea organismului, concentrând-o permanent spre rezolvarea eficientă pentru depaşirea unor obstacole (umane, materiale etc.) profesionale complexe.
Motivaţia reprezintă comportamentul energetic intern, care declanşează şi orientează conştient întreg organismul uman având un scop clar pe baza unor ansamble comlexe de mecanisme psihice (trebuinţe, nevoi, dorinţe, interese etc.) care:
- declanşează conştient un comportament uman;
- direcţionează către un scop bine precizat structural;
- mobilizează şi creşte spontan potenţialul energetic intern;
Concluziile finale ale cercetării scot în evidenţă posibilitatea practică a militarilor de a li se determina natural indicii morfologici şi funcţionali obiectivi ai parametrilor cercetaţi la pista psihomotrică profesională pentru a putea fi proiectată eficient, în viitor, pregătirea profesională continuă în sistemul de ordine şi securitate publică.

The motivational interest activates, sustains and dynamically guides the professional activity in the system of public order and security so that the military can progress technically and to energetically satisfy their inner psychic connections, exciting the practical motor reactions that aim to solve the professional tasks.
The inner psychic force actively exercises and coordinates the human instinct for the quick and efficient resolution of practical psychomotor manifestations without limiting the functioning of the body, permanently concentrating it towards the efficient solution for overcoming complex professional (human, material, etc.) obstacles.
Motivation represents the internal energy behavior, which triggers and consciously orientates the whole human body having a clear purpose based on complex sets of psychic mechanisms (necesities, needs, desires, interests, etc ...) which:
• consciously triggers human behavior;
• directs to a well-defined structural purpose;
• spontaneously mobilizes and increases the internal energy potential;
The final conclusions of the research highlight the practical possibility of the military to naturally determine the morphological and functional objective indices of the parameters researched at the professional psychomotor track in order to be able to efficiently design, in the future, the continuous professional training in the system of public order and security.
