| Rezumat | ||||||
N owadays, in the conditions of Market Economy, the
technological transfer is especially realised due to
commercial principals. According to this point of view an
extremely important problem appears the evaluation of given
subjects. The Republic of Moldova is only at the beginning
of the settlement of such an evaluation system.
Under Law nr.989-XV from 18.04.02 regarding the evaluation
activity adopted by Parlament the legislative basis of
evaluation was created.
The authorization by Government of the regulation concerning
the evaluation of subjects of intelectual property, the
testation of evaluators and national standard of evaluation,
it will be settled a code normative system of evaluation of
intellectual property, that will contribute to the promotion of
technological transfer according to market economy demands. |
