By providing tools for collecting and analysing large amounts of digital information generated from different sources or recorded by different devices, BDA helps to detect and define patterns and trends of malicious behaviour, search for methods to track cybercriminals, predict and stop potential cyber-attacks. This report focuses on the problems and challenges of protecting Big Data in these two aspects.
