Background. Salivary glands pathology include anatomical variations and malformations, secretory dysfunctions, injuries and fistula, sialolithiasis, inflammation (sialodochitis, sialoadenitis), tumors. Objective of the study. Evaluation of the objects of treatment of patients with salivary glands disorders in ambulatory conditions. Material and Methods. It was used the clinical method of study. In order to gain the objective of the study 13 patients were examinated. Statistics for 2020 were realized with t-Student. Results. 53,85% ±14,39 women and 46,15%±14,39(t=0,37; P>0,05) men were affected. 76,93%±12,16 (t=3,13; P<0,01) was represented by urban population. Patients with middle level education degree constituted 53,85%±14,39 (t=0,76; p>0,05), with superior level - 38,46%±14,04 (t=0,76; p>0,05) and with secondary studies - 7,69%±7,69 (t=2,82; p<0,01). Conclusion. Sialolithiasis was represented in 46,15% cases, sialoadenitis and salivary cyst – 23,07% and ranulae - 7,69%. Endobuccal ablation of calculus was realized in 46,15% cases, medicamentous treatment- 23,07%, removal of the salivary cyst -15,38% and of the ranulae - 7,69%. |
