Background. Acute coronary syndrom with -ST segment elevation (SCA-STE) and without -ST segment elevation (SCA-NSTE) is a major health problem for the population of the Republic of Moldova. Of the patients with SCA 20-25% are patients with SCA-STE (IMA-ST) and 75-80% SCA-NSTE (API / IMA-NSTE). Objective of the study. Study of the clinical-epidemiological aspects of ACS. Material and Methods. Clinical and epidemiological data were obtained based on the analysis of statistical reports of MSM and PS during 2016-2020 (SR No. 30-helth,12-helth) and 140 application forms of the patients with ACS served by PEMS in 2020. Results. The study showed us an increase in the incidence of AMI of the population from 4,7 to 5,2 cases per 1000 inhabitants. In 2020, 1646 patients with AMI were hospitalized, including 436 died, hospital mortality being 26,49 %. The mortality of the population through AMI decreased from 56,3 cases in 2016 to 49,6 cases per 100 thousand population in 2020. The evaluation of 140 application forms for patients with ACS showed us a total average age of 65,0 ± 22,7 years, including women 69,7 ± 28,4 years and men 64,6 ± 20,8 years (P˂0.001). Conclusion. The share of ACS under 65 years of age was 32,2% women and 53.9% men and over 65 years of age 69,8% women and 46.1% men. Modifiable risk factors such as hypertension, diabetes and obesity were present respectively in 70,4%, 36,4% and 20,4% of the patients included in the study. |
