Background. Heart failure is a complex clinical syndrome with a prevalence of 1-2% among the young people and 10-20% at 70-80 years, therefore this syndrome requires specific laboratory diagnosis methods, to determine the hidden forms, evolution, prognosis and correct treatment tactics. Objective of the study. The usefulness of applying specific biomarkers to heart failure in laboratory diagnosis. Material and Methods. Based on the literature, the importance of certain specific laboratory parameters was studied: S-cTnI/B-cTnT, CK-MB, LDH, Mb, MPO(myeloperoxidase), CT-Pro-AVP, BNP/NT-proBNP, Gal-3, ADIPOQ, Hs-CRP, HDL/LDL and the changes that appear among these parameters in heart failure were analyzed. Results. Troponin I S-cTnI and T B-cTnT, creatine kinase cardiac fraction CK-MB, lactate dehydrogenase LDH, myoglobin Mb, natriuretic peptides BNP/NT-proBNP are parameters whose changes in the blood are attested in the first ±24 hours after the onset of myocardial infarction, while: hight sensitive C reactive protein Hs-CRP, copeptin CT- Pro-AVP, galectin3 Gal-3, adiponectin ADIPOQ, HDL/LDL are useful markers in monitoring treatment and assessing the prognosis of heart failure. Conclusion. Determination of biomarkers:S-cTnI / B-cTnT, CK-MB, LDH, Mb, MPO, CT-Pro-AVP, BNP / NT-proBNP, Gal-3, ADIPOQ, Hs-CRP, HDL / LDL in the diagnosis of laboratory is of major importance in helping to establish the correct treatment tactics and in estimating the prognosis of heart failure. |
