Background. Communication in medical activity is an essential component in performing the profession. In autochthonous social space medical communication includes certain difficulties that need to be analyzed. Objective of the study. Identify the communications barriers in medical system of Republic of Moldova. Material and Methods. Include different scientific materials on the subject communication in medicine from various sources. Were used the following methods: sociological, analytical and comparative. Results: Following the analysis and studying the obtained data, it is found that the communication barriers in medicine are mainly manifested in the following type: 1) psychological; 2) informational; 3) cultural (meaning the level of social and individual health culture). Those barriers were exacerbated in the Covid-19 pandemic. Conclusion. Identifying and knowing the communication barriers in the autochthonous medical activity can contribute to: 1) decrease some of the difficulties in the relationship with the patient; 2) improve the medical service and the medical activity in general. |
