Background. Morbidity with temporary incapacity for work is the morbidity of a segment of the working population which is entitled to compensation for salary in case of incapacity in the form of an allowance from the social insurance fund. Objective of the study. Is to identify trends in the incidence of temporary incapacity for work in the Republic of Moldova. Material and Methods. A retrospective analytical study of temporary disability was performed based on the statistical form F-16 / e "Report on sick leave issued by a medical institution " and f-16 / e TIW " Report on temporary incapacity for work ". The observation period includes years from 2015 to 2019. Results. The active employed population in the period under observation varies from 981.1 to 872.4 thousand in 2015 and 2019. The level of morbidity by TD is 92.7±9.12 cases and 1359.8±9.12 days/100 workers, and the average duration of a case – 12.8±2.36 days. Is at the above-average level after frequency index and high severity index, according to Notkin gradation. The multiannual evolution of TIW tends to increase with the average annual rate of +3.6%. The maximum levels of the frequency index are characteristic for respiratory diseases (1.11 cases/100 workers) and diseases of the osteo-articular system (0.79). The severity index has the highest value for quarantine and germ carrier status (98.60 days/100 workers). Conclusion. The high incidence of morbidity among the active population brings back to the National Agency of Public Health agenda the relevance of improving monitoring and assessment of the health of the working age population in relation to work and occupational risk factors. |
