The quality of public administration activity largely depends on the level of professional training of its staff. The professional training of civil servants represents a desideratum assumed by the authorities for the modernization and enlargement of the public services offered to the beneficiaries. Therefore, the professional development of civil servants can give expected results, only if it is well organized (planned) as a continuous process and accompanied by a modern professional development plan, based on evolution needs. |
