The most thorny legal issues have always been and will remain those that try to solve the problems of minors. At international level, in recent years, there has been an assiduous struggle to align to the legislation that needs to be applied in the field of conflicts with minors. State authorities are pursuing a pragmatic approach in trying to identify the main problems they face in cases of extraneousness, with particular emphasis on exercising parental rights, changing minor places to another state, returning the minor to his or her usual home. |
