The main purpose pursued by the author in the elaboration of the present article consists in the analysis of the symbiosis between the legal regime of the notarial deeds and the public administration, through the prism of the Moldovan legislation and doctrines. The results of the research are manifested by formulating conclusions and recommendations to amend the legislation. The theoretical implications of the study are relevant through the diversity of doctrinal sources used by the author. Additionally, the doctrine of notarial law from other states was taken into account, which, over many decades, has become traditional in the Republic of Moldova. In the Republic of Moldova there are relatively few scientific papers dedicated to the notarial institution. The reason would be that during the U.R.S.S., but also after the proclamation of the independence of the Republic of Moldova, there was no adequate legal framework for regulating the notary. The legal regime of notaries is a relatively new topic, very current, complex and extremely tempting for conducting scientific research. This subject is distinguished by the controversies it generates, but also by the diversity of practical solutions that can be identified.
