| Rezumat | ||||||
The article provides a systematic analysis of the Moldovan legislation regulating access to information on the activities of state agencies and agencies of local self-government. On the basis of the analysis, the author reveals the content of legal regulation in this area. The author explains the main problems of legal regulation and concludes on the need to further improvement of the legal and regulatory framework. The paper concludes that the availability of information on the activities of the authorities is aimed at both, ensuring the personal interests of the individual associated with the ability to exercise his rights and freedoms, and his participation in the affairs of the society and of the state. |
