The evolution of the family institute, as a natural and fundamental element of society, as well as a favorable climate for the harmonious development of the child’s personality, has registered essential changes in recent years. At the same time, in the conditions of the socio-economic crisis, the family institution faces various difficulties, including the migration process, the dismemberment of the family and the abandonment of children. A more effective involvement of the state and all its organs is required in order to make parents responsible for fulfilling their obligations, as difficulties and omissions, including education, within the family, generate the inappropriate behavior of the child, favoring juvenile delinquency.
