The administrative legal relations between the central public administration authorities and the local administration, recognized in the legal literature as social relations, directly regulated by an administrative law, are distinguished by various types of relations between CPA and LPA that evolved after state reforms, due to the autonomy and decentralization of the local administration and which denote specific particularities, within the limits established by the current national legislation. The article analyzes the types of legal-administrative relations between central-local public authorities, which are based on principles and forms, which express the content of the relationship and interaction between these two levels of public administration. The author considers that the evolution of the relations between the central and local public administration requires the completion and modernization of the normative framework, which would determine another functionality of the administrative relations between the authorities, as well as the elaboration of a conception of the types of administrative legal relations between these structures, based on the experience of states with a rich experience in public administration, and, which would have a positive impact on the nature of local autonomy and decentralization.
