| Rezumat | ||||||
The protection of copyright and related rights by means of the penal right standards
represents a new subject both in the theoretic and in the practical domains of the Republic
of Moldova. This situation take place owing to the fact that the Law-makers doesn’t find
sufficient foundations to regulate the aspect of copyright and related rights in the Penal
Code. The author studies and make recommendations on some measures of the efficient
penal responsibility for the copyright and related rights infringement, against the unfair
competition, falsification of works of the art and phonograms that causes grave damages to
the national and foreign owners of the copyright and related rights. |
