Light microscopy were used to examine the anatomical structure of the fruits as well as the phenols contents were determined in the mature fruits of Prunus domestica cultivars. The fruits were characterized by the structure of crystalline wax of different density, the lowest number of microcracks on their surface, the highest content of phenols, and the values of various anatomical parameters.
