The fundamental goal of the European Higher Education Area (EHEA) is to develop mechanisms for harmonized quality academic systems for complex problem solving in a highly competitive society. Starting in 2005, when Moldova became part of it, it has followed with dedication the path of implementation of the Bologna Process objectives, which offer the reference points for a comprehensive reform of higher education focused on the academic structure: Bachelor, Master, Doctorate, the European Credit Transfer and Accumulation system, standards and mechanisms for quality assurance system in the European Higher Education Area. It was not an easy way and great efforts are still required in order to sustain and promote the reforming process. |
