The dimension of legality is always important at the level of public discourse, but its implementation may be delayed by the behavior of the political class. However, citizens have in mind the concept of the rule of law and want to see it effectively within the borders of their country. The 21st century is one in which the dimension of the rule of law concept can become larger than ever, through the augmenting effect of the Internet, or it can be maintained at a low level, through the efforts of politicians. Our article seeks to demonstrate why the rule of law must become an inevitable reality in the life of any country. |
