The use of public administration services is connected primarily with the organization’s efforts to do the right things correctly (the concept of Good Governance) in a qualitative, efficient and simple manner. The paper describes and evaluates the current situation and shows possible views on the future use of services in the public administration. The main goal was to focus on the analysis of the use of services in public administration in the Czech Republic and the possible motivations and obstacles related to increasing their number. In conclusion, several factors are mentioned that could, in our opinion, facilitate the use of services in the public administration environment.
