Rezumat

This article presents some reflections regarding the study ,,The evolution of public administration in the countries of the post-soviet space (1991-2021)”, developed by a group of authors from higher education institutions in the states of the post-soviet space. The premises for disintegration of the Soviet Union in the context of the processes of society democratization in the 80s - 90s of the last century, which generated the tendencies towards independence of the former union republics, are highlighted. The author specifies both the common aspects in the evolution of public administration in the postsoviet countries, described in the analyzed paper, and the particularities of the evolution of public administration in these states, including the evolution of the administrative system in the Republic of Moldova.
