We may say with certainty that in the economic system there is actively manifested a new product – an intellectual product. On this stage it is created an essential set of the legislative acts that regulate both the process of intellectual property objects (IPO) evaluation and aspects of commercial utilization thereof. In the field of IPO and copyright rights objects (CRO) evaluation there is accumulated a great experience, there are improved methods and principles of tackling the matters reflecting the character of evaluation and utilization of the IPO in relation to the other objects subjected to the evaluation – movable and immovable property etc. Nowadays there is elaborating a set of acts regulating the system of state countenance and moneyed stimulating of the innovational activity. AGEPI contributes to the development of the commercial activity and evaluation services in the field of the intellectual property.
