Rezumat

According to the latest statistics in the field, the pancreatic cancer is ranked as the seventh highest cause of cancer mortality in the world [1]. The available treatment options are variable and depend on disease stage, including surgery, radiation, chemotherapy, chemoradiation, and palliative measures [2, 3]. The aim of this study was to perform an analysis of mini-invasive and surgical (palliative and resectional) treatment outcomes in emergency patients with pancreatic tumours (PTs).
